In the Menu > Preference, you can set the storage location for clips.

You can set the storage location for all online files, local files, and custom HDR / LUT / IES files and some temporary files.

Select a new storage location in the "New Location" field and migrate existing files. Migration will take some time, so please be patient if you have a lot of local resources.
