Why is my account automatically logged out?

Hello, D5 retains the last login status by default at the moment.


If you are experiencing automatic logouts, the following are the most common reasons:

  • Account Access from Another Device: Your D5 account is limited to one active session at a time. Logging in on a new device will automatically log you out of any existing sessions.
  • Potential Account Sharing: If your D5 account credentials are known to others or you use multiple devices, please be aware that concurrent logins will cause automatic logouts.
  • Network Instability: A stable internet connection is required for D5 to verify your account permissions and access necessary assets before rendering. Fluctuations in your network can lead to automatic logouts.
