Hello,
These watermarked assets are exclusively available to Pro, Team, or Edu accounts. If you're using one of these account types but are still encountering this issue, please check the following:
- Is your account logged in? Are you currently offline?
You can verify your login status in the Menu. If your account is being logged out automatically, please refer to: Why is my account automatically logged out?
- Is your network connection stable?
The D5 Online Library requires an active internet connection. For example, if you're a Pro user, even if you've added Pro assets to your local library, they cannot be used offline. Watermarks will still appear in both previews and output renders if you're not connected.
- Are you logged in with the correct account identity?
For instance, if you're a Teams user, your account includes two separate identities—Team and Individual (Community version)—with independent data and permissions. Please ensure you're logged in under your Team identity to access Pro assets. Logging in as an Individual will not grant access to Team or Pro resources.
Note:
If your account is normally logged in and none of the above situations exists, but the asset still displays watermarks. Please contact us for further technical support.
