Hello, if the AI functions are not working, please first check your network connection to ensure it is stable. AI services are cloud-based and require a reliable internet connection.
If you click AI Enhancer, AI Style Transfer, or similar features and they do not respond or remain stuck loading, try the following steps:
- Switch to a different network
Please try a different network, mobile hotspot, or use a VPN to test the result.
- If the issue occurs only on a Wi-Fi network—especially in a company or campus environment
Please temporarily disable any encryption protection software and check again.
- Whitelist IP addresses
Contact your IT department and request that they whitelist the following relevant IP addresses and domains.

https://d5-ai-usa.oss-us-west-1.aliyuncs.com
Note:
We are currently aware of a known issue affecting network access in Ukraine. For the time being, please use a VPN to bypass Russian nodes, or switch to mobile data as an alternative.
