- Blurry Preview but Normal Output
- Are you using a high-resolution monitor? Try enabling 'Adaptive System Scaling' in the Preferences menu, then restart the D5 client and check the results.
- Outdated or faulty graphics driver: This issue may be caused by an abnormal graphics card driver. Please try performing a clean reinstallation of the driver. You can follow the steps in this guide: How to view and upgrade graphics card driver
- Clear Preview but Inaccurate Output
- D5 SR (Super Resolution) may be enabled
Try turning off D5 SR widget and render the output again. For more details, refer to the article: "Why are the rendered images/output results blurry and unclear?"
- Image viewer or configuration file affecting display
If you are using a specialized image viewer or have custom configuration files, they may affect color accuracy or visual appearance. Please try:
- Using a different image viewer.
- Removing any related configuration files, then check the output again.
