How to switch email address for my D5 account?

For security reasons, you cannot directly change the bound email address of your D5 account. Please contact our technical support team to proceed with this update.


To verify your identity and process your request, please provide the following information:

  1. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) for your PRO subscription.
  2. A screenshot of your 'My Space' login showing the original D5 account.
  3. The original D5 account email address and the new email address you wish to use.
  4. Lastly, kindly explain the reason for this email address change so we can properly document your request.
