- Upgrading from PRO to Teams:
- Wait for Expiration: Allow your current PRO subscription to expire, then subscribe to Teams via the official website.
- Offset to Credits: Convert the remaining value of your current PRO subscription into account credits for your next subscription. Please contact our tech support team to arrange this.
- Downgrading from Teams to PRO:
- Wait for Expiration: It is recommended to let your current Teams subscription expire before subscribing to PRO on the official website.
