Why can't the model be imported, or why doesn't it appear after importing into D5 Render?

Hello, after importing a model, it will appear in the Object – Imported list. You need to manually click on the model to place it in the scene.

- Please check if the issue occurs only with a specific model file

Monitor your VRAM and RAM usage during the import process.
  • If only one specific model fails to import or causes a crash

it may be due to the file size being too large and consuming excessive resources. In this case, try splitting the model or exporting it as .d5a files by group before importing into D5.
  • If only part of the imported model is not displaying
It may be related to nested groups. Try exploding or ungrouping the affected part in your modeling software, then re-import it into D5.

Please also check whether your device has any encryption software installed

In some cases, encryption software may prevent D5 from reading the model or its material data. It is recommended to either add D5 Render to the software’s whitelist or decrypt the file before importing.
