Why are the materials of the model missing, reverted, or why is the model appearing completely white after import or reopening?

Hello, when using D5 plugins, if you modify the materials in the modelling software like creating a new material or changing the material name, they may be lost.

- Possible Reasons for Missing or Invisible Materials:

• The format of the current material being synced may not be supported by D5 yet. 
• If your model file or D5 project file is stored on a cloud drive (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.) and opened directly, some materials may disappear or not be visible due to data transfer errors. Please try copying the entire file to a local drive and then reopen it. 
• Antivirus, security, or encryption software may block some materials. Try temporarily disabling such software and check again. 
• Check if there are duplicate model files overlapping in the object list on the left. This may occur if the model was imported more than once—one version might be hidden while the other has materials applied in D5. If so, keep the model with materials and delete the duplicate to avoid confusion.

- If Textures Are Missing in an Imported FBX File:

• D5 does not support importing .abc (Alembic) files with textures. 
• FBX files with overly complex texture nodes are also not supported. 
• If you encounter this issue, try importing the file into another DCC tool, such as Cinema 4D or Blender. 
• If the textures do not display correctly in those programs either, then D5 is unlikely to support them. 
• If the problem only occurs in D5 (but textures show correctly in other software), please contact the D5 support team for further assistance.
